### Risk of Loss
**Risk of loss and title** for products purchased from Madevia pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
**Translation:** Once the carrier marks your package as "Delivered," Madevia is **not liable** for:

- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to your error

## 10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
